  1. Doug,
Since your going to be in the states anyway, if you should happen to drop Angie’s, near St. Louis, MO and talk about the Bujinkan, I’m convinced people would drop by, watch and listen. :)

  2. Missed you in Japan, had to leave after Nagato’s & Soke’s classes on Sunday — but I’ll catch you in Granite Bay/Sacramento!

  6. Hi Doug,

It was great to see you and your family at the Granite Bay/Sacramento seminar. As always, I enjoyed the excellent training and your perspective on our art. Your skill and knowledge as a translator for Hatsumi Sensei really shows. The phrase that I keep going over in my mind since the seminar is “You must have something to get nothing, and you must have nothing to get something.”

It is so interesting to see things come full circle in the Bujinkan. It has been a long way since those early days at the Stockton Dojo, and yet, while things have changed, somehow they are also the same.

    Best,

    Kevin
